The Swedish Warmblood has been the subject of rigorous selective breeding to improve the stock. The horse has an attractive head with a long, well-formed neck. |

| Colour: bay, brown, chestnut or grey. | |
| Height: approximately 16.2hh. | |
| Conformation: shoulders should be muscular and sloping, allowing for free movement, the chest is broad and deep, they are compact through the body, with well-sprung ribs, and muscular quarters. They have solid strong legs and a well shaped foot. | |
| Character: easy-going, sociable breed. | |
| Uses: Jumping. |
